Daniel studies environmental governance, stakeholder power and the choices that public institutions make with evidence.
He completed an MSc in Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy at King’s College London with Merit in 2024. His dissertation examined the UK Blue Belt Programme in St Helena. He used interviews and policy analysis to study power, stakeholder relationships and local marine governance.
Daniel holds a BA in Marketing Management from the University of Greenwich and completed an Erasmus exchange at Hochschule München. He works with GIS, remote sensing, qualitative interviews, NVivo, SPSS and mixed methods.
For Sahel Futures, Daniel uses public records, datasets, published reporting and institutional documents. He uses AI-assisted tools for document comparison, translation triage, data work, code tests and map prototypes. Daniel checks sources and owns the published judgement.
